  • Error Corrections: If an error occurs in the donation amount, duplicate processing occurs, or an unauthorized transaction is identified, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date at info@fmcsl.org.
  • Investigation & Discretion: We will examine genuine discrepancy reports and issue refunds or corrections where appropriate at our sole administrative discretion. Any approved refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
